There is no direct cost to the Leaders and Originators I partner with to find their next company. I am paid by the companies I work with at the time of hire. Think of me like a buyer's agent for those looking to change companies.

While I don't typically advise rushing this process, I do work with leaders who prioritize being available to the professionals I introduce. Typically conversations happen within a few days after we connect, often depending on your availability.

Maybe not! I don't see my job as convincing professionals to move companies, though it's possible that's exactly the right thing for you. Recruiting in the Mortgage Business has some rough edges. The stigma being, companies will say whatever they must to get you there, often times, in contradiction of the truth. It really doesn’t have to be that way.
As the owner of an independent agency, my role is not to persuade you to join any particular company. I’m on your side! My only goal being to encourage you to pursue your potential and do everything possible to surround yourself with an effective team of collaborators, so you can build something truly worthwhile.

Chances are, to do what you do well, you have partners and teammates you rely on day to day. Because making a great move is easier said than done, having a partner dedicated to walking with you through the process, meet to meet, company to company, makes just as much sense, especially when it doesn’t cost you a dime! You also have my commitment to privacy. I don’t take steps in any direction without you being in the loop.
